3485 Chaneyville Road. Remodeled a tobacco barn into a Farm Winery.
This was a complete project: design, sitework, remodel, equipment placement and finishes.
Foundation was straightend
Exterior was wrapped in 2" foam insulation and steel siding Grading, drainage, parking and exterior concrete patios Brickwork, soffits, doors and windows
Interior upper level was keep mostly original with some modifications for HVAC and repair of some fire
damage
We built the bar, milled the Walnut tounge and groove paneling and built the cabinetry
Kitchen is behind the wall beyond the bar
